The tarmac roads of Gran Canaria became a perfect stage for Kalle and the Toyota Gazoo Racing team.
Rally Islas Canarias, making its debut in the WRC calendar, delivered a real test with its sharp corners, constant elevation changes, and narrow volcanic terrain — and Toyota absolutely dominated:

The undulating tarmac, tricky grip levels, and technical demands caught out many, but Toyota’s precision and speed were unmatched.
Hyundai and Ford pushed hard, but the volcanic island roads favoured the Toyota lineup, cementing a historic 1–2–3–4 finish.
